Most of the Second World War associations in our area are no longer effective; however the 12th Fd Association still continues to exist but has ceased all regular activities. The 12th Field Regiment is closely tied to our Regiment because its batteries during WW2 were the 16th and 43rd from Guelph and 11th Battery from Hamilton. The association was the owner of the 12th Fd Memorial Park in Arthur until they turned it over to the ASG approximately fifteen years ago. A 12th Field Memorial, consisting of a 25 QF gun and limber, which was dedicated in 2018 is located in a prominent location at the Guelph Armoury.
